Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Indigo Publicity Corp., doing business as Indigo Decors ("Indigo", "we"), collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers our website indigodecors.com and the Indigo Decors operations app at app.indigodecors.com, used by our staff, contractors and dealers.
Information we collect
- Dealer accounts: company and contact names, email addresses, phone numbers and billing addresses.
- Orders: the information a dealer gives us to make and install a door, such as the homeowner's name, installation address, phone or email when provided, door designs, measurements, purchase-order references and photos of the work.
- Invoices and payments: invoice numbers, amounts, sales tax, due dates and payments received.
- Staff and contractors: names, contact details and the records needed to pay them.
- Technical information: server logs and the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
How we use it
To make, paint and install the doors ordered, schedule measurements and installations, send quotes and invoices, record payments, pay our contractors, answer questions and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not use it for advertising profiles.
Our accounting system (QuickBooks Online)
Indigo keeps its books in QuickBooks Online by Intuit. When an Indigo administrator connects the app to Indigo's own QuickBooks company, the app sends Indigo's invoices to it (invoice number, dealer, line items, amounts, sales tax and purchase-order reference) and reads the payments recorded there, so both systems agree. The connection is authorized through Intuit's sign-in, can be disconnected at any time from the app or from QuickBooks, and its access keys are stored only on our server. We only use that connection for Indigo's own accounting.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the business (hosting, email delivery, accounting software such as Intuit QuickBooks), with the dealer an order belongs to, and when the law requires it.
Retention and security
We keep records for as long as we need them to serve our dealers and to meet accounting and tax requirements. Access to the app is limited by role, connections are encrypted (HTTPS) and the data is kept on servers in the United States.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or ask any question about this policy, by writing to us. Some records, such as issued invoices, must be kept by law.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
