Indigo Decors App – Terms of Use

Effective October 12, 2026

These terms govern the use of the Indigo Decors operations app at app.indigodecors.com, including its optional connection to QuickBooks Online (the "App"), provided by Indigo Publicity Corp., doing business as Indigo Decors ("Indigo"). By signing in or connecting the App you agree to them.

Who may use the App

Indigo staff, contractors and dealers who have received an account from Indigo. Accounts are personal: keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used it.

License

Indigo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the App for doing business with Indigo. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or try to get around its security, or use it to access data you are not allowed to see.

QuickBooks Online connection

An Indigo administrator may connect the App to Indigo's QuickBooks Online company so that invoices made in the App appear there and payments recorded there appear in the App. The connection is authorized through Intuit's sign-in and can be disconnected at any time. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.; its use is governed by Intuit's own terms. Indigo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit.

Availability and warranty

We work to keep the App available and accurate, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Always check invoices and figures before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Indigo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Ending access

Indigo may suspend or end access to the App at any time, for example when a business relationship ends or these terms are not followed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
